# Get the full details of a specific M&A deal.

`GET` `/api/v1.1/markets/mergers-acquisitions/{dealId}`

Operation ID: `getMarketsMergersAcquisitionsByDealId`

Returns the complete record for a single merger or acquisition deal, including a narrative description, financial terms, deal status, and all key dates (announcement, signing, regulatory clearance, completion). Returns `404` when the requested `dealId` is not found. **Tip:** Obtain `dealId` values from `GET /markets/{marketId}/mergers-acquisitions` or `GET /companies/{companyId}/mergers-acquisitions`.

## Path parameters

- `dealId` (integer, int32, required) - Unique numeric M&A deal identifier (e.g. `101`).
